ORDERS
To place an order with us, simply fill up the Order
Form and we will reply with a confirmation of your order. Do take note that
sending an Order Form for an item indicates your intention of purchase and the
piece will be reserved for you, subject to availability. Please proceed with your ibank transfer upon receiving our Confirmation Email.Due to lag time in the ordering process, inventory quantity may be subject to changes, and should your order be out of stock, we will aim to notify you as soon as possible via your email provided. Should payment be delayed beyond 24 hours, the reserved product will be put up for sale without any notification.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
At Paper Crane, we make every effort to accurately reflect the true colours
of our products. Due to technical differences, the colour of the products might
differ slightly.All sizes and measurements are given in inches and may have a difference of up to 0.5”. We make every effort to ensure these measurements are as accurate as possible and such minor inconsistencies are not considered as defects.

PAYMENT & PRICING POLICY
Paper Crane only accepts POSB/DBS ibank transfers. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of postage
charges. Any payment is to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are non-negotiable.
4.
DELIVERY
Paper Crane will not be held responsible for delays in order delivery and
lost/damaged parcels. Normal postage charges - SGD1-3 per item
Registered postage charges - Additional SGD 2.50 on top of normal postage charges (Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.)
* Please note that there may be higher postage charges due to differences in some items' size/weight. We will inform you if this is applicable for your purchase(s).

All items purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
